Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 Digestive Biscuits
  • À handful of Any Berry or Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apricots, blackberry, plums etc)

Preparing:

  1. Take the 1/2 cup curd, hang it in a cheesecloth for 20-30 minutes. Beat it with a spoon for about 30-45 seconds vigorously to incorporate air.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into a coarse powder.
  3. Deseeds the berries or peel the fruit, if need.

Assembling:

  1. Take a bowl or glass, put half of curd on the bottom of the dish.
  2. Layer it with digestive biscuits layer, reserve half.
  3. Another layer on top of fruits on digestive biscuits.
  4. Repeat the process, curd, crumbs, fruits.
  5. Garnsih with a sprig of mint leaves.
